    FAR have made FID decision conditional on WPL taking FID because the placement was successful (at rock bottom discount price are we surprised?)

    Full development Finance = "yeah nah" at this stage

    Conditional on bank loan and shareholder approval but apparently not required to take FID.....somehow

    All is well, peace on earth and merry christmas!
