Now up to $1.19 in NTA and another nice month of growth at 3.2% MTD. It seems that the settings are now about right and we are seeing consistent development of NTA. Hopefully this will keep going over the next 6 months and we will see healthy valuations and SP growth. Happy New Year to all.
