They did not buy at 1.50 because they oviously thought roc was not worth 1.50. They probably think 1.14 is a bargain so they are in. They seem to have the crowd following them too. For the last 2 weeks we have seen higher lows and higher highs. Lets hope we are sitting on the bend in the sp.
