QuikTrak is in advanced negotiations with several of these parties and expects to finalise a sale of up to 25 % of its South African subsidiary before 31st December 2008. "

This is something new, note that it says

"South African based investment companies "

This is NOT security companies , as it says in black and white.
"South African based investment companies "

So this means that some other companies, and it's NOT ADT/Tyco or PMB Security AND they want a piece of the ACTION.

Quiktrak is being set up for something, and I don't think it is what you HC downrampers all think.

Maybe it's about time that you ALL start to look a little closer about what is happening. I suggest that you start by looking at a few RSA Security magazines and publications.
