This announcement was a bit of a surprise and way out of left field.
Oh c'mon. You do know machines break down? Or they need maintenance?
However, if a company promises that such and such work will be done by a future date, then that should be expected right? You don't seem to have a problem with the expected progress not being done in Argentina (hence unexpected results?).
Can you see how this is called a double-standard?
