There are a few others. The Japanese - of course. The French (Solvay). The Norwegians (REEtec). The Russians no doubt. And PEK has a plan to separate REOs in the UK.
In the US, TMRC and REEMF plan to do separation. And Innovation Metals Corp have developed separation technology in Canada/US.
As far as I can tell everyone else plans to toll process a mixed intermediate product through China or Chinese owned separators in SE Asia, including HAS, NTU & GGG. Or ship a mineral concentrate to the same destinations. No western government mullah for those chumps!
