You seem to keep forgetting, This was a GWR EGM. The 60 million didn't vote for FAS, they voted overwhelmingly for the Management of the GWR board. They voted in favour with confidence in the competency of Con and the team, and the direction in which they are taking GWR.

They voted against a back door take over from PMM, they voted against Portmans lack of disclosure about their future plans for Wiluna West. They voted for the purchase of J.D's tenements for both the ore it contains, and the extra 4mt of their own ore they can now mine.

In doing so they also made the argument about the 820K deposit null and void. And most importantly, they voted to increase the volume of shares in GWR to make it harder for someone else to do another PMM on them. Dilution while unsavory for the shareholders, is often a neccesary evil.

The other thing you failed to consider over the last few weeks of downramping FAS and GWR. People who actually hold shares in the company also believe in the dream. Many people have been in from the start and are loyal to the boards of both companies.

While things have been on the downside in the prices of late. It's not just with GWR and FAS, it's accross the whole market. Both companies are severely undervalued which has been stated by many market advisors and several editorials.

You also fail to realise, a lot of people bought in at very low prices, so even with the market depressed. they've made a lot of money and trust in the people who have made it for them.

Loyalty runs deep in both GWR and FAS. A lot of the bigger investors have been with the company from the very beginning. They are not about to jump ship for the likes of PMM to come in at the last minute, to rip off control of the company and the profits to the detriment of the Investors.
