Question is... if en1 decided to pay cash creditors would have agreed to negotiate more and would have given more discount on Debt to bring down to $0. again this seems like this so called creditors are still perhaps somewhat way affiliated with Ted or a facilitator for Adcell sell off... as Adcell worked out to be good deal for en1
