Project some of the numbers yourself, they simply aren't going to get to their $100M Target without further serious dilution through acquisition. All that raised capital will be used along with share issuing at approximately 3:1/2:1 shares/cash and those 860M SOI quickly becomes 1B+. Have you accounted for 15-20% dilution? I thought not
