    IMO, as shareholders the bottom line here is : if you didn't believe company announcements up to the 31st of October, then argueably the company
    did not decieve you.
    The converse of this is. IMO, if as a shareholder you have criticised others for believing company announcements as full and truthful, then you were
    likely not decieved by those company announcements.

    Any future court ruling on this matter will likely feature company deception or the lack thereof, IMO.

    Again this is not legal advice and shareholders should consult a professional on this matter before taking any action.
