The vast majority have spoken and it put up or shut up time for the minority shareholders.
If they dont like it, they can sell. It's that simple.
Just remember that it is the shareholders who can keep of boot a director.
On 2 occaisions now, minor holders have tried to boot directors off the baord by calling EGM's.
While we're on the subject of wasting shareholders money, Could the minor holders who keep calling these unessesary meeting please repay the costs of the meetings.
