The minority shareholders would be able to afford to pay for several EGM's if the majority shareholders had not voted 50% more shares in a capital raising and given over 13 million dollars away in a spurious purchase.
Suggesting that the majority has got it right is like suggesting that the smart lemmings should follow ABC, oilbaron (alias bally wally),inco and dollars over the (presumably taxpaid) cliff.
