We all forfeited our God-given rights when we sinned against Him. Just like criminals forfeit their right to freedom when they break the law, we have all forfeited our right to live with our Creator when we turned our backs on Him.
But He loved us and sent His Son Jesus into this world, who gave up His rights and though He was innocent He took the place of the guilty paying our penalty.
After God came down and was crucified to reconcile us to Him, then those who don't like what God has done for them on the Cross deserve hell, eh. He's just to send those to hell.
