The company is dead because its board consists of a bunch of self-delusional directors. They want to buy a massive company with $1.5 mil in bank to build up critical mass? More money is required from you, devoted shareholders.

Who the fark is going to believe them after they have failed every single one of the their company objectives? Answers: wishful and gullible ones.

But some of you and analsyst from Micro-equities may think that this is a multi-billion dollar company!!! If so, then put your house on it.

My advice to the board of directors....it's time for all of you to shut-up shop and retire!!!!!
