From the company.........it was not realised that we had become used to shipment announcements and that lack of announcements made us panic into thinking that there were no shipments, lol.
There is actually no mandatory requirement for them to report shipments, but maybe they'll consider our fears in the future.
Hopefully, it'll be all good from now.
