Don't know what they expected with such a large raise.
Shareholder can't complain now if they issue these shares as they did have the opportunity to participate to their Chinese friends at a heavy discount.
I didn't participate solely on the basis that the offer was at market.
they could of done a rights issue at 2c with a attaching option raising half now and half in say 12 months.
have every faith this will be a good company in 12-24 months t they still need to show they are professionally run and by the looks of this effort they still give off the impression they have NFI.
