I think the ability to see profile is a function of being a follower or not, just had a look and there isn't much there, anyway most posters use a pseudonym, so one is mostly none the wiser. Personally I am only interested in the quality and usefulness of the post, a bit of banter is ok, afterall I have undertaken to be serious only for a max of 30 minutes each workday!
