Shareholders will whinge when they do a raise and not include them next time. People can save a few pips buying on market but does not help fund the company going into the future. Its pretty simple dont do a raise Nov Dec when peoples wallets are empty.
Was an amiture move announcing 5 to 1 consolidation which dropped price to 5 cents then cancelling it. They should have followed through announced half yeat results then waited till Feb March to do CR.
