Deer Park is close to where I work which is in Laverton--the turnoff to Deer Park is off Boundary Road, I was offered a job at Boral who are located there--but I ened up getting employment in my present position. I think Top Pick like me is describing himself as white collar, his objectives might be different. When I got to the top of the property ladder, in my humble occupation in Sydney, no one could understand (my co workers) why I would choose to buy a weatherboard in a wealthier area rather than a brick home in a cheaper area. I know this mine went up in value greter than theirs.--RG
