Hi Savadamoney,

here is a picture BHP's recently pegged miscellaneous lease applications. BHP stated that their purpose is to build a rail line.

BLUE = BHP proposed rail line.
GREEN = UMC tenements.
Yellow = Highway.

If BHP are so uninterested, why are they proposing to build a rail line that stops wholly on UMC's "Jumbo" prospect?

The terms of a miscellaneous lease application state that they cannot interfere with a mining operation.
