You should also email Jeff Clarke with these questions, (just cut and paste them from here into an emeail) and he will usually answer them within the week. You could then cut and paste the replied email here.

It will be good for cross-examination reasons and you wont be told he is not available, like you said you get whenever you call him on the phone.
This may be the solution (due to your complaints about directors not being contactable) and would also do the forum a good deed, where we can then compare your answers and Freidas for consistencies/accuracy.
