On the other hand, a large 2 bedroom apartment in Elwood went for 640k in the weekend, the buyer wanted between 550 - 600k. We did't even think the seller would get 550k. Therefore the buyer is an idiot, or, houses in sort after suburbs are still at a premium. I wouldn't pay 640k for a 2 bedroom apartment.
