So the team at Desert Lion couldn't ship Lithium ore that was already just sitting around in the sun to make a profit. Giant piles of ore, 700,000 tons, basically one giant pile of cash & they couldn't make it happen.

3/4 of the hard work was already done for them & it lasted 6 months before being shutdown.

This is the same team LPD is relying on to build/operate a mine in Namibia & potentially build an LMax plant there?? Really?? How much investment into equipment, training & personnel will be required to get this mine/plant up to scratch??

How much oversight will be required to run this operation half a world away when, in the past, they've stuggled just to ship Lithium ore that's lying around in huge piles?

Am I the only one who sees a risk in that?

Every hard rock producer in Oz would kill each other to get their hands on over 700,000 tons of ore.

Coupled with all the geopolitical risks there & the number of articles I posted a few weeks ago in regards to the issues with the Namibian economy such as shrinking GDP, high tax rates & corruption in the country.
