I would also love to hear this reply. All well and good talking about it but is it practical and economical, well maybe this is answered in Tsingshan/Gem putting out the phone a friends ( outside consultants) to try and pull this Project out of the muck.
It would appear the the Tsingshan/Gem experts, vintage talks about, aren't.
