there is more to this, and if Smyth says he don't know where the shares went he is full of it, this lending must be crap, how would some =one lend 75 mill to short and risk being that exposed.

IF Pershing are selling then Smyth needs something, I hope they are not, but again why have they got these free shares.

He needs to treat this as a real business and not a play thing for his mates.
