Holding no debt is always a big positive. Especially in 2020 with a number of big issues looming globally - US/China relations, future of monetary policy, employment, US Presidential election etc. Also, when you have institutional, sophisticated and professional investors knocking on your door every other week I imagine it becomes hard to say no. It's a quick and efficient way to obtain cash for growth (customer and revenue).
