Apologies however in which announcement does Atlas "front up" cash? I interpret the last announcement appears to state Atlas have now:-
- Provided a $250k loan for a fee (the fee equates to an extortionate pa interest rate) - Secured a preferential share subscription scheme (90% VWAP purchase price etc)
I see it as Atlas seeking to recover their original investments, not provide minority shareholders with a "free ride".
Can you please elaborate where the "free ride" / "front up with cash" comments are from (announcements / publicly known facts)?
