    Apologies, I may be misreading the announcement - is the announcement not confirmation that Atlas has heavily discounted preferential rights to the:-

    - Existing 60m+ shares CLI have "ready for" issue
    - Future 3 years of shares CLI can issue via dilution of stock

    I don't see how this is "putting up" funds at all, IMO it is CLI giving Atlas an opportunity and CLI gaining recourse to "emergency cashflow funding".

    Have I misinterpreted the announcement?
