I'd suggest the opposite.
All you get is someone peeing down your leg and telling you it's raining.
I won't be contacting any more, as I think it is dangerous to listen to people in company office ramping the stock.
The previous explanation was that the stock was being lent out and shorted. That made sense and gave comfort for a period of time, however it is now pretty obvious that the shares have been dispersed, not shorted.
There is a perverse requirement by the company to keep volume and liquidity high. This is a ridiculous goal - especially when coupled with a declining share price because of the need to keep the volume high!
Without the Global placement for 75M shares, we would not have quite as many Pensador shares - but the market would not care. The price would have spiked to about the same level, settled back down to 18-22 cents then possibly slid a little further - but it would have done this on low volume.
Ensuring 75M volume as a baseline over 2-3 months through Global is a joke. A complete anathema to what long term holders want to see their company execs doing for them.
