but this min 30 cents clawback is a hope, not set in stone. but he will have to get our approval to do the clawback, but he is giving a way shares to everyone, doing placements, and each time we have less say in it.
why would Pensador want the sp up before clawback, if it is done on valuations, then the lower CVI sp the more of it they will get.
So why would they release funds to start JORC drilling, or anything else that would increase value and therefore CVI sp, before clawback, and clawback to me is the wrong term, reverse takeover is more how I see it.
If I were Pensador, and who knows who make up Pensador, and I have a tmeframe where CVI had to do the "clawback" I would not release any funds, or even tell anyone I had enough funds, I would not tell anyone I had a signed agreement with Falcon, I would not do anything that would increase CVI sp,
I would even buy shares so I could then sell them at a loss to push down sp
I would get some stupid COE to give me all their money they got in a placement so they couldn't do any drilling,
I would get 20 mill more shares free of charge to further keep sp low.
My aim would be to keep sp low in order to have CVI at the lowest valuation when they had to do the "clawback" And reason for that aim would be to claim as much as the assets I could, copper, gold diamonds, rare earth.
I would have the CEO tell shareholders nothing more than stupid one liners. I would e-mail some individually giving them little tid bits so they would defend me.
But don't rely on this 30 cents clawback, unless he releases to the ASX that it will not be under 30 USD then I don't believe what he says.
How much will we existing sharholders own after Pensador, we don't know.
And Smyth and directors wont buy the stock, they get their for free, the only good thing is they have oppies which need the sp to rise quite a lot.
It could be it is a battle between Smyth and Pensador, and this funding on the refinery is a mystery.
And although he states about the off shore leases, officially we have no off shore leases, and neither do Pensador, we simply have no confirmation of them.
Only his word which means littel it has been proven.
He will not answer us with real answers until we get together, we have some who have, if nothing next week we need to get a lot tougher.
