I have traded CNP before but have stayed clear in recent times awaiting the financial report.
In working through their report, I have found some things that dont stack up for me and have raised them here to see if anyone could clarify those points.
If I see stuff that is posted, but is not accurate, I will have a go at correcting it so that people are not misled. For instance, the liquidity facility had a cost to it and wasnt a freebie from the banks. If correct information is out there, then investors can make better decisions.
You say that banks will swap their debt for equity in properties without any dilution for shareholders. I say that wont happen because I believe that the banks will want as good as cash and to get that, shareholders will get diluted eg by the banks wanting equity at favourable rates to them.
Please dont get upset when I disagree with what you put up. If I am wrong tell me where I am wrong, but dont get upset in the process.
I get told that I am wrong many a time and if I am I try to learn something from the process.
