Last week Aquaventures holdings was acquired by culligan for 1.1 billion $U.S This is very good news as Fluence may well have similar or better financials in 2020 than Aquaventures currently has. Aquaventures made a loss for the year of around 16 to 19 mill this year and have huge debt. Ive attached the press release and got the financials off their website. This should defiinately open some eyes for investors looking at Fluence. We are just U.S $170 mill market cap lol.

Revenue - U.S $197 mill (guidance)
Net Debt - U.S $317 mill (yes huge debt)
Net Cash - U.S $109 mill
Net loss - U.S $16 - $19 mill
All in cash offer of U.S1.1 billion from culligans last week to take it private.
FLC could easily pull those numbers above next year if IC closes in the next 3 months. Considerable upside valuation will take place if they can, especially with this latest aquaventures acquisiton. 1.1 bill U.S is an FLC share price of $2.50.
