FD - they say that with OJ Simpson the cops framed a guilty man, you have made plenty of posts around the cash not being there but thats not what the de-listing and accounting issues were about. There was a pattern of non-compliance in regard how the company was reporting etc. but not that there was NO cash..

I am only pulling you up on this because you have hung your hat on this from way back but just because the company lost its asx listings and the directors resigned etc is not proof of your NO cash.

Please post the relevant information in regard there being NO cash - it must have been from Grant Thorton or ASX or ASIC or somewhere that says you were right all along but where is it?
