they were fairly coy about what the usa office would be/do. But a medical, a marketing, a business reason and perhaps a coordinator of sorts is what i took away. And the potential to raise big$ funds on the back of success to push on was also what i am guessing. All on the way to a nasdaq listing as we are currently so cheap compared to American peers, and success will make us even cheaper to their eyes. more fires around over west and plenty near Bega etc, take care.
