Not the 2013 claimed in the article you linked (Biden went on to serve on the Burisma board from 2013 to April 2014, when his term expired and he left the company, according to Reuters.) As that would mean Hunter wasn't a board member of Burisma at the time of Shokin's sacking, which would nullify the whole premise about Joe Biden's pressuring Ukraine to sack Shokin.
So maybe post what the actual point is you were trying to make, as nothing in the article counters anything I posted.
