Do you believe that the Austind guys have confidence in Faldi being able to pull this deal off and raise the cash?

I reckon they must be very excited about the project and probably have much more that could be said about things! Probably just waiting on the deal to get signed off, which as reported here seems to be dragging on now!

Money markets are extremely tight, I do wonder if verbal commitment is proving hard to convert into financial commitment!?
