Noticed headline in Melb Age which was quite despicable. Housing numbers plunge in reference to houses being sold. This days before the rate drop. I see no bargains in Melb.
Newsmedia make a lot of money on property adverts - more place to be sold - more advertising - more revenue. It can only go up from here for the next few years.
