Its nearly 8am here so I'm not up so early and the sun is shining.
But you are right about being naked in cyberspace. There are certainly advantages to having a full service broker, who is part of a larger group, that I hadn't thought of.
Just imagine the scenario when we believed the price was being manipulated.
An MBL broker or group of brokers put a cap on the price that all the other MBL brokers can see immediately.
They can see the selling to and thro between these MBL brokers.
Other MBL brokers can see the turbulence and like piranas start selling down as they are aware of the placement lying ahead and what is happening.
The general public then begins to panic and the fall in price is assured.
The only factor that is not controlled after the freefall has started is how far the price will fall.
It is of some comfort now to know the opposite may be occurring.
