The company has been producing for over 80 quarters and milling their ore at various sites around Kalgoorlie. I don't think "robbing" one quarter of production is going to make any difference. TBR remains entitled to their ore under the JV. Let the ore build up on the ROM pad or better still clear some bush somewhere else, build a fence around it and let it keep piling up. The ore will be processed eventually. At this stage the company is making sure through the court that they receive all the ore they are entitled to under the JV. Anton won't be pressured to sell the mine unless he wants out and the price is right.Esh
