The problem is you are assuming the past will repeat itself while the new JV is now with NST who are under a lot of financial pressure. They are taking advantage and seems to be short changing their little brothers. and trying to squeeze them out.
Short term that is a problem that will affect the company a lot. Long term a lot may happen but investors don't like uncertainty.
Reality is why TBR took NST to the court? Because they probably saw the awful quarterly results.
So why wait? Get out and watch from the sideline. That's what I have been saying since it was $8
What is the bottom when everyone see a bad quarterly and unresolved issues? who knows Glad I am just watching it. Sorry for those who have been holding it.
