You are an engineer by training which means you have been trained to study the detail of things and understand how they work. Therefore you can recommend why or why not a particular process will work.
So, you make the claim that nuclear is the answer for Australia and yet you can't tell us how or why that is the case .
For someone with an engineering background you don't appear to be very good at analysis . You also seem to be reluctant to even engage on the subjet despite recommending it.
Even after all these decades the industry can't work out what to do with the waste of the nuclear industry.
Now, you are making the claim that nuclear is the solution and yet you can't tell us why. Just because someone else has it doesn't mean it will be suitable here for a multitude of reasons.
I've already outlined one reason why it won't.
If that's how you apply your knowledge to your job, I feel sorry for your employer.
