At this stage, it is crucial that EVERY Share Holder spends a few minutes and register their interest fo a class action with either:

    Slater & Gordon
    https://www.slatergordon.com.au/class-actions

    or

    Maurice Blackburn
    https://www.mauriceblackburn.com.au/class-actions/

I would suggest registering your interest with both firms and we can see which one will be more interested and willing to
allocate more resources to our case, then we can decide. I have done both, it literally takes a minute to do so...dodon't postpone.

Also very important...by now most will have received their letter from KordaMentha...make sure you make a written statement and direct KordaMentha to forward it to the court for the directions hearing...contrary to some posters that want you to think there is nothing that can be done now...if the court gets 100's of objections, they will take note that there is something very fishy going on here.

I might have missed it in KordaMentha report, but there is no mention of the stockpiled spod A40 had, worth ~$10mil

Write to ASIC and to Senators, particularly WA's, ll emails are easily available from here:
    https://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Parliamentarian_Search_Results?q=&sta=WA&sen=1&par=-1&gen=0&ps=12

write one email and then copy-paste to all Senators, should not take you more than 10-20min.

A lot of times there is nothing to get back for S'holders, but like @Cosmoterios, I have got money back in two class actions...50% of original investment from one and 15% from another...and I believe A40 case is very very strong...you need to remember that MC is not the only Director they will likely chase, the whole board is accountable...it's not just there to get paid ridiculous pay packets...now it's time to sweat a little bit...people are losing their homes/savings due to
misinformation/ nondisclosure of critical information by our board that shareholders trust to act in the best interest of ALL shareholders...there is enormous responsibility and duty of care when they sit in their meetings and decide what to release via the ASX and what not!

    All IMO
