Thx for this (I have sent an email to KM as recommended) - to make it easier for other motivated SH's to register a complaint I have typed out your email to make it easier for via copy'n'pasting (see below) I've also added a line - hope that is ok? - everyone/anyone with more knowledge than me pls feel free to edit etc if it can be better expressed etc. I will also send an email to ASIC - The intention is to get a delay on ruling in the 29th Jan hearing - so the shares are not transferred until a class action can potentially be put together.

Dear Deed Administrators,I’m an A40.ASX shareholder as per below Chess Holding Statement (??ATTACH YOUR OWN???)

I strongly object to 444GA and the transfer of my ???INSERT NUMBER OF SHARES??? shares to Cayman shell company China Hydrogen Energy Limited and I am deeply disappointed with the performance of the Administrators, the shallow investigation into the collapse of the company and the ballooning of $40M debt into $70M in a matter of months while they were administering Alita Resources.

I ask you to print and hand over a copy of this email to the court handling the 444GA prior to January 29th so the judge can take this into consideration.

We ask the judge to delay ruling on the transfer of shares until shareholders have an opportunity to assemble a class action against Alita Resources directors for the high likely hood of trading insolvent and specific director/s disposing of shares using inside information.

Like others I also recommend motivated SH's to send their interest asap re a class action to the below firms (they respond quickly) the more that register the bigger the action the more lucrative it is for a firm to take it on.
