Did you ever hear of Consort and Range Resources - this is the same set up. It is IMO obvious that Directors of CVI have interest in Pensadaor, along with the corupt Angolans. Entities like these are usually set up offshore with hazy links to everyone. I'd talk to some Rangers on the RRS thread and they'll fill you in on how business is done.
