I wouldn't say "relief" as my buffer of affordability is high. This is a major reason why I have accumulated less than others, I have not gone as close to edge of affordability as other people.
The word I would use is "vindication". I feel vindicated that my long standing belief in the connection between US interest rates and Aus interest rates via monetary exchange rates has once again led to an accurate forecast.
