If the facts haven't been revealed already, why are so many here adamant Biden is guilty of a crime.

Seems to be just a throwaway line used to justify not reporting the Bidens to the FBI.

Urgent could mean within months, I doubt it means within hours, but you should check with Nancy about that.
Though she has said she is waiting on info about the trial so she knows who to select as the prosecuting team (which need to be selected before handing over to the Senate).
Those here who are convinced they have facts to show corruption or crimes committed by the Bidens should forward that info on to the FBI.
