"strategic corporate agreement" - could be iron ore JV with RIO but why the suspension? Doesn't make sense IMO.
IOH went into a trading halt regarding a "iron ore sales agreement" refer request for TH announcement on 23/7. Came out of it's halt the day after.
Must be more to it than than IMO.
