I notice Linc are advertising for a project geologist to run an exploration drilling program in the US. Of course, with the shortage of geos these days they're pushing the proverbial uphill to find somebody with 10 years' experience as they want.

I am tempted to apply for it myself as running exploration programs is my job, but I don't have anywhere near 10 years' exp yet. :P Sure I could do it, though.

But anyway - can you imagine the market for UCG in the US? With the US trying to become self-sufficient in oil by drilling in Alaska, to reduce their dependence on the Middle East. The idea of turning their stranded coal reserves into home-grown oil production will have the Yanks frothing at the mouth.

Should be Linc's first overseas target IMHO.
