    Well a week to go and the sp is still well under the rights price. Doesn't bode well if they don't have anything to announce.

    It did create a bit of a liquidity event by shaking some shares out before Christmas.

    With $1.7m in the bank at the end of Q1, estimated cash outflows of $8.5m in Q2 and 50% dilution on the cards not exactly a happy New Year for ADR
