Knowing Twiggy I think their intention is to do it alone and take on ground in the process plus explore the belt. The only other Ni plant within trucking distance is Murrin Murrin and I don't think they want anything to do with them.
They are thinking big and plan to grow from a junior to a major. Most majors have started as junior explorers.
They would have to target 1/4mil/t Ni resource for a 20KT plant IMO.
